You know there is also an expression that says “You can only reason with a reasonable person” And clearly you arent. I know she made the commentabout “lipstick”. If thats what you get from the statement as an attack on her than Oh well nothing else can be said. You really arent a reasonable person. Take care enjoy the next 4 yrs. He never said Palin once while making thaty speech. He was talking policy=lipstick on a pig not Palin=lipstick on a pig. Get real. DOnt look for excuses to be angry.

1. It was a well known that Palin made the hockey mom-bulldog reference first.

2. He may have been talking about McCain’s policy, but she’s his running mate, and attacking one is attacking the other/both. He took her words to insult his policy, and her.

3. The actual saying is “You can put a pig in a dress and take it to the dance, but in the end it’s still a pig.” So he was definitely making a comment against Palin.

So this is why I asked you not to be an idiot.

How am I an idiot. I can listen to a conversation he is having and the reference he is making and that makes me an idiot. I am not even an Obama supporter or a McCain supporter but I have the intellect to hear what someone is saying. If “dont be an idiot” is your best response. Than you are pathetic.
Tell me how that can be taken to refer to Palin when he was talking about McCain’s economic policy, Please. Because apprently, I am the “idiot” and you are the brains.

What does he have to apologize for? He was not even discussing Palin or anything about Palin. His comment was in reference to one of McCain’s economic policies and how its still the same old thing that has been done and nothing new. So apologizing for something the McCain/Palin Campaign was insinuating yet untruthful would be absurd.

The saying was “you can put a dress on a pig” and take it to a dance, but it’s still a pig.

Palin once said “what’s the difference between a hockey mom and a bulldog – lipstick.”

Obama was making a nasty, vile, and unacceptable insult when he chose to use “lipstick” in the original saying. That was simply out of line, and ne never really apologized for it. Not the gentlemen he says he is.

Obama’s campaign is utterly dependant upon unexperienced and uneducated voters in order to win. A tiny fraction of them know what the issues are or what his policies will mean to them. They hear “HOPE” and “CHANGE” and that’s all it takes to grab their attention. Obama’s campaign is brilliant from? a propagandistic standpoint, unless you are knowledgable about what these vague slogans and slick images mean from a historical perspective. An Obama presidency will be a disaster for us all.
