i like nude/neutral tones for eyes..golden sparkle type things with red lipstick..depending on ur skin color, ofcourse.

Almay intense i-color. look for blue eyes and it will have eyeshadow that is best for blue eyes. And for the lips a simple lip gloss like marks glow baby glow! Hope this helps!!!

Lipstick should not be too intense so it doesn't take any attention away from beautiful blue eyes.. accentuate the eyes with a little black eyeliner and nothing else. for lipstick go for lip gloss, MAC has lots of kinds that are really shiny and will make the lips look fuller. Good luck!

i have blue eyes, and pink eyeshadow, or green complimets my eyes.

also just a sheer pink or even goldish gloss looks the best.
